ATTACKING ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION PROGRAM : MY START AND REVIEW on Agoraphobia





I decided to repost this from another person's revew of this new program I purchased from Amazon .com

Agoraphobia (ag-uh-ruh-FOE-be-uh) is a type of anxiety disorder in which you fear and often avoid places or situations that might cause you to panic and make you feel trapped, helpless or embarrassed.

With agoraphobia, you fear an actual or anticipated situation, such as using public transportation, being in open or enclosed spaces, standing in line or being in a crowd. The anxiety is caused by fear that there's no easy way to escape or seek help if intense anxiety develops. Most people who have agoraphobia develop it after having one or more panic attacks, causing them to fear another attack and avoid the place where it occurred.

People with agoraphobia often have a hard time feeling safe in any public place, especially where crowds gather. You may feel that you need a companion, such as a relative or friend, to go with you to public places. The fears can be so overwhelming that you may feel unable to leave your home.

Agoraphobia treatment can be challenging because it usually means confronting your fears. But with talk therapy (psychotherapy) and medications, you can escape the trap of agoraphobia and live a more enjoyable life.

I used this program about 3 years ago, and it really helped me a lot with my anxiety. It's not geared specifically towards social anxiety, but the exercises and skills it teaches you will definitely help alleviate some of the symptoms you have. It's not necessary to spend an entire week on Lesson 1 (the workbook even says this) because many here are already familiar with the symptoms and causes of anxiety and depression. Listen to it once and begin your first week on Lesson 2.

Do the assignments in the workbook and use the relaxation tape EVERY DAY. This is very important and is stressed throughout the program.

Lucinda Bassette's Program is quite impressive. Bassett is the CEO of the Midwest Center for Stress and Anxiety. She speaks often of her own health situation which prompted the book and she does have guidance from other experts. Each CD has average 20 minutes of Objectives; about 30 min of Group Session and few minutes on Summary.

The Book is very helpful with plenty of text and study guides, insightful information into what lurks behind depression and anxiety. This program will take some comittment, as one didn't get anxiety and depression overnight, the healing will not be overnight.

There are cards that you can carry with you for extra coaching. Many times she does allow patients to speak and sometime it may not be all for you to listen, but these are examples that may always fit someone.

There is a program by Lucinda Bassett that does cover just the ANXIETY if you feel that is something you need to focus on.

When I first purchased this program I figured it probably would work for most people.

But in the back of my mind I thought I wouldn't be one of the lucky ones. However,
I am so happy to say that
THE ATTACKING ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION PROGRAM DOES WORK!!!

It was like opening up a book and reading all about my personality. I was astonished to find out that other people thought and acted just like I did. Unfortunately these negative actions were helping to create a great deal of anxiety and depressive thoughts. The program contains A LOT of information and it can be overwhelming at first. Once you get working with the program you start to find that you are changing...slowly for the better. It doesn't happen overnight, but it does happen at a pace that you are comfortable with and that is the secret of the program.
This program changed my life. I can't even imagine where I would be if I had never taken the chance to try it.
The other TOP SECRET tool that the program offers is the one on one coaching. It was so wonderful to work with someone who had been through the program and was trained by the Midwest Center to guide me through the 15 week program. My coach also supported me when I was having down days and she also mad me laugh when I didn't think there was anything funny about anxiety. My coaching sessions were just what I needed to keep my going especially on days when I just felt like giving up on myself.

MAYOR CHANGE takes one step a day at a time

I have been frustrated with alot going on and where to start.

Jim Rohn the day that turns your Life around reminded me to not stay stagnant.

I was looking into a boxing post on Mike Tyson and his sucess when I ran into a website from Victor Pride and saw his 30 day bootcamp on discipline.






the price was enough for me not to put excuses  to purchase.
It made sense and based on some unbiased reviews for alot of guys it raised different challenges of itself.
I will try it and report here as I am going through personal transformation.

aside of this I tried looking into aside and was considering starting :Lucinda bassets book the solution.


IT really helped me on detachment yet I havent read other parts.
the most interesting thing is to implement this along with 30 days bootcamp discipline product.
I recommend Lucinda's book Im dissapointed it doesnt have audiobook for it.
yet its really simple to read and understand.
my writting is forward and stright in what
I do. and so fluff is just waste to me.

I realize its one step at a day and time.
Making small simple steps and patience.

Since I am going through changes and need to get to it.

I realize that reading all the books in the workd isnt enough.it takes action.
Owen in his RSD inner game speech started with that exact topic of discovering how unrealistic people can die without discovering themselves.

I also said to myself that I need to surpass this challenge and implement what I need to do to pass this EXAM I have and prepare myself.
and THIS COMPONENT with these 2 intergral basic is 30 days challenge to get things done which can take other people years.

I decided to reward myself to game for 30 days if I pass my exam.
Im eager to GAME and I know I can blow my rust and break obstacles if I can truly put myself through 30 days bootcamp challenge and 21 days lucinda program aside of studying prepare for this EXAM like Roberto Duran preparing to fight sugar ray leonard the FIRST TIME.

chlorexidine 2% with ketaconozol .25% it helped keep it fresh and help heal soft tissues after I took a shower and before I went to sleep

I waited one week before having sex cause this thrush is contagious and I gave it to 2 girls. they took oral antifungals flucozanale or something for 3 days or 6 days.. their gyno gave to them.
I told them I had urinary tract infection due to holding it while long plane ride.
I started to change my diet for good.
I started using condom also cause another girl I fuck has her pussy itchy so I might have also gotten it from that too.
so I spray with that solution chlorexidine 2% with ketaconozol .25%
there is build up around my penus when I eat carbs.

Im trying Alpiste..bought from mexican store $1 a pack 3ounce to try aside of my carb free diet. no silica fibers on it I reviewed it and veified it.

I also will try CATS CLAW herb as capsule 500mg 250 pills for $8 bucks on amazon.

Im taking currently Tribulus testeris with Maca and Tongkat Ali.
Its helped my testareone go up due to the low carbs create estrogen and my previous use of HCG..

I will try this first before restart HCG diet ..

Im working on self discipline and try Victor Pride 30 day bootcamp.
I dont fap yet I have sex once a day with either girls Im seeing
 the excersize portion seems abit out of my range but will commit.

I taken interest in Deepak chopras mind body magic mind due to Dr wayne dyer's story on his wife health issues on course program Living Beyond Miracles.
BRaddoks classic writtings helped me to go back to review my "inner game"
I re read Mark entropy's INNER GAME CAN MAKE YOU WORSE article..dam he is good.

I m thinking looking into herbal alternative medicine and maybe learn ayuverda.

to me its a big change yet its lifestyle to get where I want to be healthy

these health issues are product of out of control lifestyle.

Dr Dyer in Living Beyond Miracles really hits home run about our body and mind and soul connection..organs and rocks.I believe there is a God and that herbal remedies can help us cleanse before its too late.

Tyler's owen inner game video non pua related was also good related to being self dependent... He is someone I believe has really made high progress from 2 years ago.
