Opening girls out of your car is a real crap shoot. The girl can't really even see your physical body, or body language... so she's got even less to go on to size you up. Also, you it's very difficult to make a connection of a stationary object from a moving car, and very hard to make a physical connection.

You're really better to park real fast, and then run up to the girls instead. That's what I've done quite a few times.

Sometimes you can't always park, so you could just open from the car... but don't expect consistent results.

I've actually never opened a girl while I was driving, I've always made an effort to actually get out of the car instead when it was possible. Otherwise, I just drove on.
