tonight is Wednesday I have one girl which I started texting last night and tonight when in too deep reported comfort as mark manson with the say. I am a true believer of mark. On attractions active and half passive it's balance in between them exhibits calibration. On rejections you get a sense of neediness and even despearation as my female friend Monique says its a void that you feel but it's actually a void that you want and you can only get spiritual and not necessarily from a woman. Its true... So what I did is I actually fast for a whole day I'm not really sure the background of fasting but its pretty much it's you and survival mode and clears your mind to focus on what it is important for you. I meant really did it because I felt that I needed to clear my mind and needed a little bit of putting myself back into the diet which I'm doing so it actually worked in my favor because all the sudden things started becoming clear and I said he thinking and survival morning thinking about myself first or having a passion and what really matters to me Stephen Nash talks a lot about this and not a lot of people get it because they think it is very super ficial are abstract but when you really really put this into practice it's a very powerful because it actually build your character your identity in life. What I am so good after a fast is I and when you're needing to stay like franco says you never text to go out don't communicate with anyone woman. A clear mind really sets I really calm tone in your life and say OK now I'm back and really sets you be really nice calibration. Of course have you done it before this is like not going to the gym and then you're going to the gym again and kind of mentally prepare yourself there for so you can do is take things to get you where you need to be. Make Molly said once the will must be stronger than the skinny think fasting and meditating a really really do step your calibration. I was somewhat depressed on Tuesday and down and today I have to the three girls that I'm talking to you right now one of them is going to meet him tomorrow and the other one is pretty much whenever I feel like it. I have 3 in one site and 2 on other.I'm balancing rapport first humour then push pull or releases..this I learned from sinn Jon Lee..excellent excellent... I'm a student of theory of pimp game and so I once establish trust rapport genuinely... I establish my role as an authority figure in her life. For some its natural and for some its a way demonstrate express masculinity. That Never changes...... I cool thing is to fuck a girl and then text all of the prospects...you always have go be hungry for the hunt of new prospects...with calibration from fasting ..and your persuasive verbal skill..you can seduce without being harsh...if you Dont fuck and your mind is cluttered w problem..then you come off weird needy lonely desperate and worse clueless.I read about an author guru on self help which he fasts once a week. Think this balances life ambitions and survival with good emotional self control... Its taken me longer to recover calibration...but 2 days of plain hi openers or immediately opening after she notices you leads to extreme fast solid attraction cause you are congruent in her way of her wanting you yet you opening her desires creating that fantasy for her a reality. Her imagination will take her. And game new ones...I use NLP 10% in my text and in person to reinforce her attraction interest into me...once you for that you can always bait her.

MODELING KENI STYLES behaviour subcommunications
This is a guy who I want to model cause I admire his personality and positivty. He handles shit tests and the way he opens himself and how he REFRAMES.
THIS IS A POWERFUL LESSON, reframing to your reality or ignore as CJ would say.
i learned from Jeffy and MARK when shit test in rapport is genuine than shit test in attraction which are handled differently.
I read this and I want to learn from him...the vids he goes with regina Moon are proceless cause he is cool natural dude...no PU no try hard for rapport and his subcommunications are tight.

Hey Guys,
Here's one of my threads on Social Proof game, This is pretty much where I concentrate all my efforts nowdays. I have a system in my life to try and capture the idea of social proof so that I can always use it when I sarge. I'll try to give some examples of this in some of my posts.
Social proof is essentially a means to generate Pre-selection, and Propinquity.
Pre-selection was a form of attraction that I feel was adequately outlined in a psychological test covered last year by Benedict Jones. The theory behind Pre-selection has been around since the mid 1900's and argueably before, however I feel this test sums it up more than well enough for our purposes.
The Test
Benedict Jones Test 05.02.06 participants first viewed eight pairs of male faces and indicated which face in each pair they preferred and how strongly they preferred it. Following this, participants viewed a slideshow where they saw the same pairs of male faces, but in which a woman was shown looking at one of the men in each pair with either a happy expression (i.e. smiling) or a relatively negative (i.e. neutral) expression. After the slide show, participants repeated the initial face preference test.
Results
For female participants, a paired samples t-test comparing the change in mean strength of preference for target faces in the happy and neutral conditions showed that the increase in preference for faces that were smiled at by women during the observation phase was greater than that for faces that were looked at by women with neutral expressions.
So we can see from the test that women generally prefere men that other women are already attracted to. As certain emotions can be ambiguous to see from a distance or without understanding the context; a harmless smile will often be perceived by others as a signature of attraction.
Therefore the more people you speak to in a room and leave feeling good about themselves with regards to you the more pre-selection you will generate. This could be done by anything from going around taking pictures of people, to getting everyone to dance, to buying everyone a drink, to just saying hi to everyone you meet.
However Social Proof is even more powerful as it also generates Propinquity, and this is a form of comfort.
Preselection = Attraction
Propinquity = Comfort
Attraction + Comfort = Lay
(Awsome formula eh? Who Said I was crap at maths.)
Propinquity is the term used to describe a physical proximity, special bond, or some form of kinship between things. Psychology views this is one of the leading triggers in interpersonal or social attraction. It roughly relates to being close to someone else in some form or another. This could be in physical terms, i.e you live in the same area as someone or not so physical, you both belong to the same association. The closer the proximity the higher the propinquity. For example those living on the same floor in a building have a higher propinquity than those on different floors.
In this Diagram we can see that A and B would both be attracted to C as C lies within both of A and B’s Circle. Likewise C would be attracted to both A and B and would have the option of choosing either. D is the outsider of the group, and therefore holds the lowest levels of attraction to any of the other parties.
The propinquity effect is the tendency for people to form friendships or romantic relationships with those whom they encounter often. In other words, relationships tend to be formed between those who have a high propinquity. It was first theorized by psychologists Leon Festinger, Stanley Schachter, Kurt Lewin and Kurt Bach in what came to be called as the Westgate studies conducted MIT university in 1950
Propinquity can be more than just physical distance. For example, residents of an apartment building living near a stairway tend to have more friends from other floors than others. Propinquity also applies to Social groups. These could consist of class mates, friendship social circles or even work colleagues, and explains the tendency for teachers to date teachers, members of the police force to date each other and so on.
In 1956 Alan C Kerckhoff conducted a study on residential propinquity, around 70% of the married couples lived within 20 blocks of their partner before marriage. This seems obvious when you think about it. Yet it is something people don’t really think about.
It seems strange to say that just being close to somebody generates attraction, yet if you notice the amount of IOI’s you get if you see a girl every morning on the same train, or from someone who lives in the apartment block opposite you. You will almost always begin to say hello every day. Obviously this isn’t the be all and end all, however it is the start. Social proof enables us to generate this regularly creating this initial spark whenever we vybe with a room showing that the room is our social circle and that they are part of it.
It is powerful because it is a passive form of game, When run correctly it enables you to get opened. My wing and best friend Jim Stark used this to close his incredibly hot current girlfriend who is a slim blonde model type and at least 6 inches taller than Jim. She actually asked him on the night.
"Who are you? Why does everyone seem to know you?"
The fact that it requires little outer game and instead primarily relies on having fun and possesing a sold Inner game frame to work from, makes it something that people can get to grips with easily without jeapodising their own personality.
It has been the basis of my game since I started in the community and is in my mind the reason I have done as well as I have so quickly. Though I am always looking to make myself better. I have seen past tutors and wings of mine stare at me as with only social proof and a few simple afc lines I have managed to close girls that blew them out previously. Then watched them completely alter their game to focus on Social Proof to amazing effect.
You want the magic pill? It doesn't exist. Social Proof is the next best thing.

Neediness management revisited- neediness and keeping social calibration healthy
To be a free man with a good inner game you must learn to manage your neediness well
I am willing to share with you this free knowledge about neediness.
Neediness management is essential to be a successful seducer and even more essential to have good relationships with women.
The distinction between biological and psychological, body and mind does not exist in reality. All of these happen together, as a whole.
This is true for neediness, too.
If you try to understand neediness by considering it only a psychological . issue you will never understand it fully and you will never be able to manage it.
Neediness is first of all a biological, physical phenomenon and not only an abstract psychological problem.
The brain has a biological rewarding/punishing system, which – by the means of hormones and neurotransmitters like endorphins, dopamine, serotonin – rewards us by giving us pleasure any time we do something which is essential for the survival of the individual and the species.
Such things are for example moving, running (hunting, fighting,escaping), having sex (children), eating sugar ( essential for the brain )The same system punishes us with pain if we do something which is potentially not useful for the individual and the species.
Neediness exists for a positive evolutionary purpose and the brain maintains it. Without neediness no children would be born, we would be merciless and rational 100% Alpha creatures and we would end up killing each other until the survival of only one.
Empathy is one of the feature of neediness = “I know how you feel” versus “I get what I want”
The human child is needy as definition and remains such for long years after the birth.
Managing neediness is smart. Denying neediness and fighting against is foolish. You cannot fight a biological feature of the brain. You have to manage it.
Neediness management is the group of skills a seducer uses to be non needy and manage his neediness so that it serves what he wants instead of neediness controlling the seducer himself.
It is the difference between properly riding a horse and a wild horse out of the control of his rider.
So if you get into the negative mindset of “I must get rid of this neediness” you will hit the head in the wall of your bachelor pad, do stupid things like take drugs, alcohol, gamble, over eat and get attached to the “tits” of some long-term relationships of yours and at the end of the day you will be betaised.
You cannot fight against your own brain but the good news is that you can successfully manage your brain.
Neediness management means awareness of your needs so that you can manage them in the direction you want. The successful strategy is the same like in judo: winning the enemy by softly using it s strength.
And now some practical advice.
I will give here extensive advice on neediness management so that you will be able to never be betalsed,
Keep your health and happiness good and get always what you want.
Socializing
The human brain is wired to socialize in order to increase the chances of survival. We are clearly social, group animals.
Fighting against this instinct results in increased neediness because being social is biologically wired in our brain. Some group psychoanalysts go so far to believe that there is no mind without the group.
There are studies made on prisoners of war which seem to confirm what these psychoanalysts believe.

All of them seemed to agree that the worst one is totally isolating the prisoner.
One of them survived isolation by drawing on the wall of his prison an animal, giving the animal a name and by talking to it.
Betaised males coming out of divorces may be at worst in a very bad state of social isolation with extremely increased degree of neediness.
One of the core features of the process of betaising and one-itis is when the female of our species uses the usually bad awareness most of the males of our species have of their emotional needs – paradoxically often the strongest ones ! – to make their need for socializing completely satisfied by her, the children and asocial network of her own.

To avoid an increase in neediness keep on constantly several social circles of yours so that your brain inducted need for socializing is never invested in one person only and one social circle only.
