Muscle Memory and How to get the best out of your work-out routine.
Muscle memory is described as a type of movement that muscles become familiar with over time.
For Example, you can walk, kick and jump without much focus on the actual activity.
Of course, you've been practicing the coordination of those processes since you were two, and the neural pathways gave the muscles a sense of muscle memory).
Whatever.
You have a simple weekly work-out routine (or whatever your work-out routine is) :-
Monday - Chest/Bicep/triceps
Tuesday - cardio/abs/core
Wednesday - Shoulders/Legs
Thursday - off
Friday - Back/Triceps/biceps
Saturday - off
Sunday - off
Your body is going to remember that, on monday you do chest/bis/tris (lmao) , tuesday you do cardio/abs/core training
and on wednesday your going to do shoulders/legs, fucking week after week after week.
The muscles are going to remember your routine and become more relaxed.
So, I suggest every week from now, you change your work-out routine's order and add some new work-outs. It will shock your muscles, increasing the effectiveness of your work-outs.
Just like if you tell a women your going to call this woman at this time and date, rather than randomly surprising her with your amazing charm and wit.

balance of practicing PU: theory into practice
So Im met with dificult issues right now.
I havent gone out due to stress and I will reward myself tomorrow if I finish paperwork schedule I have to do.
NO PU reading and Ive reduced it sequencially. So tomorrow will be a BLAST.

Stop READING part 2 Solid GAME dont stop using what works
I had success in d2's months ago but Im getting overwhelmed with how different it seems to seduce strippers and Im scared to "information overload" with reading since Im getting back into the game after being away for awhile from pu.I dont want to lose what I leanred so far in general, cause trying to get it back has been an uphill battle.
In other words, I have a structure of what works and in the past when I treid learning something new I have experience that as Im going and practicing it and as Im warmed up, then I can add, just to add momentum so I wont get overwhelmed.
SOLID game is my base,like safforn said. SOLID GAME,SOLID GAME.
once you are warmed up and inner state is ready...then to add momentum you can take things to the next level.
You worked hard for it , dont change what works.
Trust me its comon sense and trial tested thing.
all other modifications should be situational adjustments not a replacement .
My trainer told me : keep doing what you are doing dont change...later on we might sped things up but keep progress steady , we might spike a thing s here and there but this nutrition should be you SOLID BASE that we want to keep going.
Saffron said once , that Solid game is always played and used.
FUCK MYSTERY
Solid game should always underline any pickup.
Saffron would see opporunitys com his way to accelerate things but to calibrate he would rely on his solid game.
So STop reading and go out My head is blocked due to information overload.
I think not reading and just doing other stuff that are my prioirities and keep me in social mode. helps me.
If I go out not think game just relax and let it be , then writting it and a day later ala CJ until I get back into momentum or rhythm again.
I know its uphill battle in away but its going to be worth it.
Seriosuly, PU and training for muscle building and getting in shape has a balance.
when you arent in the gym dont over analyze, if you have ideas to push forward then thats good, its a gift and write it down.
if you arent practicing fgoing to the gym then dont overthink it,
it sounds you have too much time on your hands and are looking to get distracted.
DONT!
When you are in the gym, you are Foccused ,saffron said perfect practice makes perfect.
seriosuly reading PUA stuff are like Carbs
I cant overindeulge on carbs
I cant blame people I m asking for help If Im not doing it.
BEST way to get coaching is when you are aware what you are doing and are doing it and feel stuck and cant understand.
At this point now w stripper game, Im being overanalytical with anxiety of the unknown, its normal but I should control it.
its like what adam said about approach anxiety and overload with the spiders to lose fear.
I have to lose fear first and fuck up and then ask help.
Tahts the ONLY WAY COACHING CAN BE EFFECTIVE.
Rest is waste of time and money and end up confussed.
Ive dont it before I know my shit, Ive slept with women, rn perfect game. had 4 lays in a month rotation in new york, thats 1 new girl a week without counting the times Ive had repeated sex with them.
So Its doable, like LES BRWON THE BARRIERS ARE BROKEN,
if they broke it and Ive broken it then it can be broken again.
SEDUCTION IS EASY
Im going to erase my ipod of stuff and go back to basics like ROCKY III and just focus on my beliefs....
Its a lil push I need and I have to fight the desire to want it.
Inside will determine the outside for it to become automatic.
Im realizing Entropy is great coach.
La TRipp is great coach,
Sinn is a great coach, expensive great coach.
CJ is great guy with experience advanced knowledge to go next level.
TOPO has great stuff but its different style or too advanced, I have to be warmed up and give him FR or material to take information from him, once he gets abstract he sounds like vague "be yourslef man" its true but frustrating anoying.
Might ask for hammer for help.lol.
let me wait a couple of days and
literarly unclutter my thoughts and my room.
do the paperwork needed to send it tomorrow, today is clearing up you mind day ....
DONT GIVE UP or GET LAZY!!!!!!!!!
